Meet the Attorney
Joseph Milburn
Joseph Milburn was born and raised in Saint Louis and graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2019. Since being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2021 he has been passionate about assisting immigrants in achieving their dreams.
While he was in law school he developed his passion for serving immigrants through his participation in DePaul University College of Law’s Asylum Clinic where he assisted a woman from Zimbabwe obtain asylum due to her persecution for her imputed political beliefs. Furthermore, he has volunteered in the immigration and asylum programs at Syrian Community Network, Council on American-Islamic Relations (Chicago) and through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.
Joseph is presently a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Outside of his practice you can find him planning his next solo trip to another continent.
